Why 61,570 People Wanted to Join Kilo Health Last Year

In 2021, we got 61,570 queries from people who wanted to join Kilo Health. 445 new colleagues from 15+ countries became a part of our team. In total, we have 550+ people reshaping the digital health industry, and we expect to have a team of a thousand people this year.

The applications we got came not only through our official Career page but also from our colleagues’ personal networks. Honestly, this makes us feel that we are doing something right – and, according to the recruitment app MeetFrank, we are the #1 most wanted employer in Lithuania.

So, why should you become our 1,000th teammate?

The Right Place for the Bold

We want to make sure that every new contract celebrates a perfect match – for you and us both.

We seek out people who are bold, independent, ambitious, and hungry for growth. Experts that are excited to take 100% ownership, deliver clear results, and take pride in their craft.

People with a growth mindset who do not get frustrated if their experiments do not bear results right away. Those who don’t think they know the right way – instead, they quickly test their ideas, make mistakes, take a breather, and find another way to succeed.

Our R&D department takes up to 20% of our total hires. We are not here to repeat the old truths about health (you already know you need to eat your vegetables). Instead, we are looking for new ways to approach chronic disease management using the latest findings from behavioral science and innovations in data-driven technology.

Experts From Google Choose Kilo Health

In return, you are fully trusted with projects that improve the lives of more than 4 million people. You can become a co-founder of a new startup, invent the next big IoT device, or reshape your career in Kilo Academy. There are no boundaries of what you can achieve or create. Come up with a direction, and we will get there together.

Also, you get to work with other experts that gained experience in Google, Smartly.io, and Wix – people who chose Kilo Health as their next logical career step.

As a company, we match your energy. According to Deloitte, Kilo Health ranked as the second fastest growing company in the region last year, and we grew by 17,710% since 2017.

That number is a mouthful. A seventeen-thousand-seven-hundred-ten-percent growth. What does it even mean?

  • 15+ digital health products that help people deal with cardiovascular disease, mental health issues, type 2 diabetes, or obesity.
  • 4 million customers, and the number keeps growing.
  • 5 offices, equipped with an in-house gym, bar, and anything else you need to stay productive and inspired.

Every week, we welcome 5–10 newbies. Each of them gets flexible work hours, health insurance, learning budget, workations, five extra days off, and other perks.

You can find our colleagues working from anywhere, including Lithuania, Germany, Spain, the USA, the Philippines, Australia, Mexico, or Ukraine.

Would You Like to Become Our 1,000th Colleague?

We are looking for talents who wish to work flexibly from anywhere in the world, make decisions that matter to millions, and seek rewarding work that can literally save lives.
