Kilo Health concluded 2024 on a strong note, achieving stable revenues and growth, alongside a team of 450 employees.
In 2024, the company’s consolidated revenue remained steady at €234 million, the same as in 2023. Despite external market challenges, Kilo Health effectively managed its marketing and operating costs. The company has made successful investments in new products and technologies, aiming for record revenues of USD 1 billion over the next three years.
“We have faced challenges following a period of strong growth, but we have managed them effectively. We have stabilized our revenues while continuing to increase our investments in new products, technology, and talent. In the first quarter of this year, we recorded over 20% growth and are on track for the highest revenue growth in the company’s history,” said Žygimantas Surintas, CEO of Kilo Health.
The EBITDA for 2024 stood at €11 million. Kilo Health contributed more than €10.3 million in taxes to the Lithuanian budget throughout the year. However, net profit decreased by 50% due to significant reinvestment, particularly in research and development, which received approximately €5.3 million.
“We are strengthening our position in the market as an active investor, which is why we are investing even more actively in innovation and early-stage startups. We have always grown without external investments, relying on reinvested profits and our established infrastructure,” added Ž. Surintas.
Last year, Kilo Health underwent a significant internal transformation by decentralizing the Group’s structure and optimizing marketing and operational costs. This restructuring provided subsidiary companies with greater freedom and autonomy.
“Efficiency, investment in new products, talent, and AI technologies, as well as active collaboration with innovative companies and the exploration of new markets, will remain our priorities in 2025,” stated Ž. Surintas.
In the past year, Kilo Health also made strategic investments, including the acquisition of the travel price comparison start-up Ratepunk, which assists consumers in finding the best hotel and flight deals. Additionally, the company introduced new digital solutions focused on emotional health and helping individuals reduce bad habits.
The Kilo Health portfolio includes successful start-ups such as Moérie, Pulsetto, Bioma, Her Bodhi, and digital wellness products like Perfect Body, MyDiabetes, and Cardi, all aimed at weight and nutrition management, chronic disease prevention, and overall health management.
