We expect you to
- Have 4+ years of experience in Facebook media buying
- Have expertise in strategizing, planning, and achieving defined goals
- Have experience working with large-scale budgets (at least 10k daily)
- Have experience with digital product marketing (considered as an advantage)
- Have an ability to understand the metrics and easily slice data
- Have experience with third-party tools needed to analyze the data (for ex., GA4, Hyros, etc.)
- Have experience and know how to integrate tracking tools (GTM) and fix potential issues related to tracking (pixel events)
- Have attention to detail and perfect time management skills
- Have the ability to prioritize your workflow
- Have enthusiasm for paid social and drive for continued growth
- Have no fear of failing, testing, and scaling
- Be initiative, have critical thinking
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-4000 EUR/month.
