for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the digital presence of Moerie, a brand focused on high-quality hair care products made with natural ingredients. If you’re passionate about creating thoughtful, engaging web experiences that balance beauty and performance, we’d love to have you on our team.
Get ready to
- Lead and evolve the visual and functional direction of our web experience, ensuring it aligns with both user needs and business goals
- Take full ownership of web design initiatives—from discovery to delivery—driving innovative and scalable design solutions
- Translate complex product metrics, user research, and behavioral data into strategic design decisions and actionable experiments
- Partner closely with our CRO, Product, and Marketing teams to ideate, test, and optimize high-impact experiences
- Contribute to and help maintain a cohesive design system and ensure design consistency across platforms
- Enjoy a high level of autonomy in your daily work while influencing the broader digital experience strategy
We expect you to
- Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality web and responsive design work
- Be highly proficient in Figma (required); familiarity with tools like Webflow, Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a strong plus
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of visual hierarchy, interaction design, typography, and design accessibility best practices
- Be confident in leading design discussions, clearly articulating rationale behind decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
- Show strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a data-informed mindset
- Be comfortable working in agile environments, balancing speed with quality
- Understand the full spectrum of the design process—from discovery and prototyping to testing and hand-off
- Have experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, and product teams in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrate fluency in Lithuanian and English
Salary
Gross salary range is 3100-5500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
