Get ready to
- Develop, implement and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns with a strong focus on customer retention, upsell and monetization strategy
- Analyze customer behavior, margins, conversion data and identify opportunities to increase LTV, AOV and profitability
- Own and optimize post-purchase customer journeys across email, SMS, loyalty programs, and other lifecycle marketing channels – driving retention and repeat purchases
- Take ownership of retention initiatives from idea to execution, focusing on strategies that drive measurable business impact
- Understand key financial metrics like ROI, CAC payback, and contribution margin – and build marketing strategies that improve them
- Spot cross-sell/upsell opportunities and design campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value
We expect you to
- Have strong, hands-on experience in performance marketing with a clear understanding of ROI, CAC payback, contribution margin, and other key financial metrics
- Bring direct experience working in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (B2C) businesses
- Be comfortable working with and interpreting data dashboards, cohort reports, financial forecasts and funnel metrics
- Have built or optimized upsell, cross-sell, loyalty or subscription flows with tangible business results
- Be highly analytical and strategic, but not afraid to get your hands dirty – from strategy to execution
- Understand that successful retention isn’t just about engagement – it’s about revenue
- Be proactive, independent, and ready to take full ownership of retention KPIs
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500-4500 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
