We are looking
for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, operations, and leadership. This person will optimize existing systems, structure growth, and scale what’s working — profitably.
This is a highly engaged leadership role that balances strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. You’ll roll up your sleeves when needed-whether it’s joining daily standups, diving into performance data, or helping implement key initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure learnings are applied and KPIs are met. As one of four leaders reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll collaborate closely with product, revenue, creative, and operations to drive growth.
Get ready to
- Own the entire marketing function and define growth roadmaps across all channels
- Work on different marketing expansions through locales, new channels and even new products
- Lead acquisition strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels, with a focus on performance growth and brand-building initiatives.
- Oversee and grow a 15-person marketing team, including 3 high-impact direct reports.
- Oversee shared resources across email marketing, affiliate programs, social media, and SEO – managing both in-house teams and external agencies
- Lead structured experimentation at scale, including creative, offer, and channel testing.
We expect you to
- Bring 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally within high-growth ecommerce or DTC brands

Have at least 5 years of media buying experience across major platforms

Demonstrate deep fluency in performance marketing and direct response fundamentals

Have experience managing teams of 8+ and mentoring mid-level marketing leaders

Show a strong understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and marketing attribution principles
- Apply a data driven mindset — validating strategies and decisions through numbers and logic
- Bonus: Familiarity with frameworks like Cashvertising, Dotcom Secrets, Expert Secrets, Hormozi’s content, Eugene Schwartz, AIDA, the 4 Ps, Cialdini’s principles, and modern funnel-building strategies
Salary
Gross salary range is 6 000 – 8 000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
