- Identify and engage influencers and content creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels, ensuring alignment with our brand values and target audience
- Develop and nurture partnerships with high-profile brand ambassadors and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the wellness, fitness, and healthtech space, creating long-term collaborations that elevate brand credibility and reach
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to co-create authentic, engaging content that showcases our products in innovative ways across different platforms
- Analyze and report on campaign success using key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, conversions, ROI, and other metrics, ensuring results align with overall marketing goals
- Lead the negotiation process with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors, ensuring fair terms and compliance with legal, budgetary, and brand guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and content) to ensure alignment on brand messaging, campaign execution, and goals across all influencer and ambassador initiatives
We expect you to
- Have 3-5 years of experience in managing influencer campaigns for physical products in e-commerce, focusing on driving sales, conversions, and brand growth
- Have in-depth understanding of multiple social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others, and how to leverage each platform’s strengths for maximum campaign impact
- Have experience in building and managing partnerships with high-profile brand ambassadors and KOLs, particularly in the wellness, fitness, or healthtech industries
- Have strong capability to measure the performance of influencer campaigns, calculate ROI, and analyze conversion and engagement data to optimize strategy
- Have proven track record of negotiating successful contracts with influencers and brand ambassadors, balancing brand needs with budget constraints
- Have creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing non-traditional approaches to influencer marketing and forming relationships with key industry players
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000 – 5000 EUR/month.
Location
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
