Get ready to
- Take ownership and lead CRO related activities, build processes and infrastructure, develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies
- Manage the workload, priorities, and development of the direct team of specialists
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour through data-driven tools and research
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for improving user experience and conversion paths
- Ensure efficient A/B testing roadmap, including but not limited to prioritizing methodology and application of strategic company directions
- Ensure efficient cooperation and communication both within the cross-functional team and with external stakeholders
- Leverage different analytics tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, etc.) and constantly analyze user behavior data to uncover improvement areas for marketing funnel performance
We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of experience in CRO field
- Have strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
- Have proven track record of successful team management
- Have strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms
- Have proven track record of successful ownership and improvement of key business metrics, such as Revenue / LTV / CR, etc
- Have a growth-driven mindset of prioritising the tasks with higher business impact potential, ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Be data and research-driven, with strong analytical skills and a hypothesis-driven mindset
- Have strong English skills, both written and verbal
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500 – 5000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
