We are looking
For an experienced Procurement Manager to join our finance team. This position will be focused on procurement, essentially overseeing all material purchases made by the company, as well as internal cost optimisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, supporting colleagues in negotiations, tracking expenses, and ensuring that all purchases align with the company’s budget and objectives.
Get ready to
- Develop and implement the company’s procurement strategy and organize the procurement process
- Lead procurement activities and ensure excellent service delivery
- Search and select of new suppliers, analyze suppliers’ offers
- Negotiate and manage suppliers’ contracts and relationships
- Monitor and control all expenses related to internal purchases
- Ensure all purchases are in compliance with the company’s budget and objectives
- Produce regular financial reports on purchasing and expenses for management review
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes
We expect you to
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Have proven 4-5 years of working experience in the field of procurement.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- Have experience in managing the procurement process, vendor negotiations, and cost control initiatives
- Have excellent analytical skills and ability to make economically beneficial decisions
- Have quick orientation, flexibility, ability to solve problems effectively.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience in procurement systems would be an advantage.
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500-3500 EUR/month.
