We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon PPC Manager to join our dynamic team. Moérie is a science-driven hair care company focused on hair growth and hair loss prevention. We offer a range of SLS-free products including shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and hair growth scalp spray, all designed to promote ultimate hair growth in as little as 12 weeks.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in driving successful Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing our product visibility, driving traffic, and maximizing sales on the Amazon platform.

Get ready to
- Take full ownership of Moerie Amazon PPC strategy and performance metrics with a data-first approach
- Develop and refine PPC processes, making sure you and your team are always on top of your game – you will be working with the best PPC specialists from the external agency
- Regularly monitor campaign performance – identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Make data-driven adjustments to campaigns to improve performance. This includes optimizing bids, adjusting targeting, and refining ad copy
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI). Allocate budgets based on campaign goals and performance
- Comply with performance reports and provide insights on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations
- Keep up to date with changes in Amazon’s advertising platform, algorithms, and best practices. Adapt strategies to align with new features and industry shifts
- Collaborate with other team members, clients, or stakeholders to align advertising efforts with broader business goals
- Solve issues that may arise during campaigns, such as low conversion rates or unexpected changes in performance
We expect you to
- Have previous experience in Amazon or Google PPC advertising. Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising is highly advantageous
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Be proficient in conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns
- Have a proven track of record managing big (from 100k per month) advertising budgets effectively to achieve optimal ROI
- Have skills in continuously monitoring and adjusting campaigns to improve performance
- Have capability to analyze competitor strategies and adjust your campaigns accordingly
- To have strong communication skills to effectively report results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Salary
Gross salary range is 3300 – 5000 EUR/month.
