We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Moérie is a science-driven hair care company focused on hair growth and hair loss prevention. We offer a range of SLS-free products including shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and hair growth scalp spray, all designed to promote ultimate hair growth in as little as 12 weeks.
Your expertise in managing large Amazon accounts will be essential in driving our e-commerce success. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and relish the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Get ready to
- Develop and implement a data-driven growth strategy for Moerie on Amazon
- Review and improve product listings, working with the product development team and CRO team, conduct A/B testing and develop strategies to optimize listings and enhance customer experience
- Craft winning advertising strategies – collaborate with the PPC manager to test and refine advertising campaigns to maximize reach and sales
- Ensure team efficiency – clear communication, fostering team spirit, and people management will be key to your success
- Regularly connect with our Amazon insights people in the US and Germany. Analyze global trends, translate Amazon’s best practices into action, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Amazon landscape
- Solve any Amazon account issues that arise, liaising with Amazon representatives and tax authorities as needed
We expect you to
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience successfully managing large and complex Amazon Seller accounts
- Have a demonstrated track record of achieving significant sales growth on Amazon through strategic implementation of growth initiatives
- Have experience optimizing product listings for Amazon’s search engine algorithm using A/B testing and keyword research
- Have in-depth understanding of Amazon Seller Central functionality, fulfillment options (FBA & FBM), and Amazon policies and procedures.
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with various internal departments and external partners
- Have experience running your own Amazon business – this will give immediate bonus points to your application
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Salary
Gross salary starting from 3400 EUR/month (depending on your experience)
