Get ready to
- Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ads, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with our product portfolio
- Incorporate static design elements where needed, contributing to the overall visual aesthetic of our content
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to craft a motion design strategy that enhances user engagement and supports business goals
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our visual content. Push the boundaries of motion and static design to create impactful visuals
- Oversee multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Measure and refine motion design content based on performance data for continuous improvement
We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio of engaging animations and static design work
- Be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere
- Understand e-commerce and digital marketing principles
- Exhibit strong project management skills and a track record of delivering on time
- Be a natural leader with excellent communication and mentorship abilities
- Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative techniques to your work
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500-3000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
