We are looking
for a skilled, data-driven Meta Media Buyer to join our team and support ColonBroom @Kilo Health. You’ll take charge of high-budget campaigns, test innovative strategies, and fuel growth in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
Get ready to
- Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to maximize performance
- Plan and execute Meta performance strategies to achieve key goals
- Collaborate with media buyers and performance creatives inside and outside the team
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to develop new testing and scaling strategies
- Test and manage additional paid social channels
- Take ownership of projects, drive success, and be accountable for your decisions
We expect you to
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Meta media buying
- Be skilled in strategizing, planning, and goal achievement
- Preferably have experience in digital eCommerce
- Be familiar with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Northbeam)
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Possess copywriting skills to create short and compelling ad copy (a plus)
- Be able to prioritize workflow effectively
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English
Salary
Gross salary range is 2900 – 4000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
