for a strategic and hands-on Chief of Product Development & Supply Chain to lead the creation and delivery of physical products that transform health and wellness. You’ll drive end-to-end product development while optimizing global supply chain operations to support our rapid international growth.

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners globally

Oversee product design, prototyping, testing, compliance, and go-to-market strategies

Optimize supply chain operations for cost-efficiency, speed, and sustainability

Scale logistics and production capabilities for new international market launches

Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams

Own and improve KPIs across product performance, margin, supply chain efficiency, and customer satisfaction
We expect you to
- Have proven experience in product development and supply chain leadership in wellness, tech, or consumer goods

Salary
Gross salary range is 7000 – 8500 EUR/month.
Location
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
