We are looking

For a passionate Head of Product to join Bioma to manage and grow our physical and digital products portfolio. You will lead the development of innovative products, manage their lifecycle, and enhance the customer experience. Your data-driven approach and collaborative spirit will be key to our success. Get ready to

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for physical and digital goods
  • Drive innovation while aligning with customer needs and business objectives
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through post-launch
  • Optimize customer journeys and enhance user experiences across all touchpoints
  • Use data and market insights to guide product strategy and stay competitive
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Oversee budget management, revenue forecasting, and profitability of the product portfolio

We expect you to

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience in E-commerce, with expertise  in both physical and digital products
  • Demonstrate success in improving customer journeys and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Show proficiency in eCommerce platforms, digital development, and supply chain management
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to drive decisions
  • Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across the organization

Salary

Gross salary range is 5000-6500 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
