Hardware Development Lead

Get ready to

  • Shape and lead the vision for hardware products, consistently seeking optimal ways to develop the best and most innovative solutions in the market.
  • Lead the end-to-end hardware development. Plan, organize, and execute the development of hardware products and systems from concept to mass production, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality targets are achieved.
  • Do hands-on work and technical guidance to your team, especially during the early stages of product development.
  • Evaluate and approve appropriate components, technologies, suppliers, and manufacturers to meet performance and cost targets.
  • Build and lead a team, prioritizing their well-being, growth, and motivation. Encourage fresh ideas, creative thinking, and a collaborative environment.
  • Guarantee quality assurance, reliability, and functionality of hardware products by implementing testing protocols, quality control measures, and certification processes.
  • Collaborate and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with software and cloud components, optimize performance, overcome challenges, and define product specifications.

We expect you to

  • Have experience in hardware design and development, ideally focusing on wearable IoT devices with 4G/LTE/LTE-M network, GPS, Wi-Fi, and sensor technologies
  • Have an understanding of low-power design principles and energy-efficient hardware architectures
  • Have familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chains
  • Have the ability to ensure rapid prototyping, testing, and validation processes
  • Have knowledge of how to possess leadership, creativity, and a strong sense of innovation to propel product development, promote differentiation, and fuel market disruption
  • Have creative problem-solving skills to find solutions that others can’t see
  • Have excellent ownership skills with a get-things-done attitude
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be adaptable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strategic thinking to align technical decisions with overall business goals

Salary

Gross salary range is from 4000 EUR/month.
