For experienced Financial Specialist interested in actively participating in Business Controller responsibilities to join our finance team. This role provides a mixture of classic financial analysis and hands-on business control responsibilities. It offers a deep understanding of our financial situation and how well we’re performing.
Get ready to
- Collect and analyze weekly balances and projected commitments across bank accounts, including Paypal reserves and receipts from various sources
- Verify cash balances weekly, identify potential team purchases, and facilitate transfers
- Collect expenses from multiple platforms and input data for monthly profit and loss (P/L) statements
- Determine the portion of time spent by Kilo employees on specific products, allocate salary amounts accordingly, and liaise with accounting for processing
- Verify project expenses in Meta and Google accounts against marketing cost reports, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring proper allocation
- Complete OPEX file based on fixed cost analysis, collaborate with HR on Perks & Benefits costs, manage Upwork account administration, calculate payments from external companies, review sales tax reports, and compile procurement reports for Operations and HR
We expect you to
- Proven 2-3 years of working experience in finance or accounting at an international company, preferably within a group of companies
- Keen to take ownership, eager to learn and adapt quickly
- Have attention to detail to be able to go through different expense reports
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers/business metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business related field
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500 – 3600 EUR/month.
