Become part of a high-growth organization focused on new business across the US. In search of a strategic sales executive to help build our B2B presence in the US. In this position, you will be an impact player focused on developing targeted sales strategies and identifying key opportunities in your network and beyond, as well as identifying, approaching and building trustworthy relationships with your future clients. You will build relationships with HR teams, health and benefits consultant, and ecosystem partners to sell various Kilo Health digital wellness products for large enterprise companies. A key focus will be building a strong network with consultants and brokers.
Get ready to
- Sell the Kilo Health digital wellness products by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business, targeting enterprise organizations
- Build and maintain a pipeline from your own outbound efforts alongside with support from marketing team
- Develop tailor-made sales action plans, best fitting to your target list
- Contribute to improving our sales strategy and sales enablement materials
- Become a Subject-matter expert in the health and benefits industry
We expect you to
- Have 5+ years of sales and business development experience in the B2B health industry. Bonus if you have worked with digital health and wellness sales, sold to the HR department or worked with consultants
- Have an ability to create connections and engage with a variety of audiences, including C-level decision makers
- Have track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis
- Have an ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events
- Hunter – mentality, a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and keen to contribute to wider company success
