Get ready to
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process from an initial briefing with the hiring manager through to offer and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, thinking creatively about how we engage and attract the best talent for open roles, as well as building pipelines for upcoming searches
- Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders in matters related to non-technical hiring by delivering results.
- Monitor the vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, and quality of hire
- Build strong relationships with candidates and create a wonderland experience they won’t be able to forget
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
We expect you to
- At least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process, and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop practical and creative talent attraction plans which deliver results
- Have strong ownership
- Have a flexible approach and be ready to adapt to changing demands
- Be comfortable with making decisions independently
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage candidate experience
