A Paid Media Partnerships Strategist to continuously grow and optimize the largest performance marketing channels for the Kilo Health group. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic partnerships and hands-on media buying. You’ll manage high-value relationships with major advertising platforms and partners, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute and optimize PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with external media partners (Meta, Google, AppLovin,, Hyros, etc.)

Lead performance-driven initiatives and secure access to new tools, betas, and platform opportunities

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other channels

Negotiate incentives and refine partner agreements to maximize performance impact

Analyze campaign and partner performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, spend efficiency) and translate insights into actionable improvements

Drive test-and-learn strategies to identify growth opportunities across platforms and partnerships

Act as an internal advocate for media best practices, ensuring teams stay ahead of trends and platform changes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, creative, martech) to align campaigns with business objectives

Represent the company at industry events and in senior-level partner meetings
We expect you to
- Bring 5+ years of experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing
- Have proven hands-on expertise in media buying and campaign optimization across multiple platforms
- Be comfortable balancing strategic partner management with tactical execution of campaigns
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and how to optimize for them
- Show strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with both partners and internal teams
- Be proactive, results-oriented, and confident in making data-driven decisions
- Be fluent in English, with excellent collaboration and presentation abilities
Salary
Gross salary range is 6500 – 8000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
