Get ready to
- Develop and implement an international wholesale strategy
- Actively seek out and attract new business clients through various channels (B2B platforms, partnerships, trade shows, direct outreach, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with strategic partners and key clients
- Achieve set sales targets and ensure profitable business growth
- Lead the wholesale team, ensuring efficiency and high performance
- Develop and expand e-commerce for physical products in the US market, including SKU expansion
We expect you to
- Have international experience in wholesale, particularly within European retail chains (US experience is not mandatory)

Possess a strong understanding and ability to apply different sales channels (direct sales, distributors, online B2B platforms, partnerships)

Think strategically and engage with the largest market players

Understand that each market requires a different strategy, with the ability to quickly adapt and find effective solutions when a strategy is not working

Not only develop tactics and strategies but also execute them effectively

Have experience in negotiations with high-level clients and partners

Maintain a results-driven mindset and develop/implement successful sales strategies

Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Have strong English skills; additional languages are a plus
Salary
Gross salary range is 6000-10000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
