For an Email Marketing Manager to join the Moerie team. You’ll create and optimize personalized email campaigns and automations to boost engagement and drive sales for our hair care products. Collaborating with our creative and marketing teams, you’ll ensure our email strategies align with Moerie’s mission of promoting vibrant hair and wellness. Get ready to
- Work with creative and marketing teams to plan, build, and execute engaging email campaigns and flows that align with Moerie’s brand voice and strategic goals
- Analyze email campaign performance, considering factors like seasonality, customer segments, and competitor behavior. Use A/B testing to refine and improve email strategies
- Implement triggered and personalized email communications to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall sales
- Perform regular list hygiene to maintain the health of our email database, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Utilize Klaviyo and other email marketing tools to manage, track, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- Bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to the table, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and drive the success of Moerie’s email marketing efforts
We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce sector
- Understand email marketing principles, including design, build, and deliverability, and be well-versed in email best practices such as campaign automation and A/B testing
- Have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Be proficient in analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaign performance
- Be a self-starter with excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative team environment
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-4000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
