Get ready to
- Act as a key advisor to the marketing and/or product managers on defining business questions and finding solutions through data analysis
- Work independently or shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues on the data team to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders
- Overlook and build dashboards, perform ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses, provide consultations on monthly results for stakeholders
- Plan, oversee, and/or execute problem root cause analysis to address business challenges
- Continually look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and provide better value to the customer
We expect you to
- Have strong analytical skills: especially in problem-solving, interpreting data, and reporting
- Have great communication skills: be able to gather and share important information with stakeholders
- Have a basic understanding of digital (subscription-based) business and digital marketing, awareness of main KPIs
- Fully own tasks, pro-actively seek collaboration, and be ready to get hands-on if needed
- Have experience working with at least one of BI tools: Looker (a plus), Power BI, Tableau, ClickView, or similar
- Have basic SQL Skills: The ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL script is a plus
Salary
The gross salary range is 2300-4000 EUR/month.
