We are looking
a UX/UI Designer to join us on a freelance basis and help improve our internal systems.
You’ll be working on Flox, a Kilo Health project focused on building a unified, scalable design system that empowers teams to create exceptional websites effortlessly. Your designs will make it faster and easier for non-designers to launch on-brand, high-performing pages — shaping the future of our e-commerce experience.
Get ready to
- Design intuitive layouts and usability enhancements for the system admin panel
- Explore existing e-commerce websites, analytics, and proven UX/UI practices that truly drive results
- Create new, high-impact components grounded in data and best practices
- Develop a unified design system with tokens (colors, typography, buttons, forms) — making real-time updates effortless and code-ready
- Build a centralized Figma library with modular templates and best-practice examples — from hero sections to product pages and CTAs
- Make it easy for business teams to drag, drop, and assemble stunning pages without design expertise
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to integrate the design library into our builder
- Produce clear documentation and short tutorials (including video walkthroughs) to guide teams to success
- Monitor A/B test results, gather feedback, and refine templates for continuous improvement
We expect you to
- Be curious, bold, and ready to experiment
- Have a strong background in UX/UI design and design systems (especially within Figma)
- Be fluent in component-based design and scalable system thinking
- Know how to translate data and research insights into impactful visual decisions
- Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and approach challenges as a problem-solver, not just a designer
