We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of experience in web design, with a strong focus on creating thoughtful, effective, and visually refined digital experiences driven by performance marketing principles
- Have hands-on experience designing a mobile app that was launched
- Be proficient in Figma; experience with Webflow, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or Illustrator is a bonus
- Demonstrate a strong sense of UX fundamentals — user flows, usability, interaction, and accessibility
- Show clear visual taste — a good understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and color
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment where things change quickly
- Understand responsive design principles and mobile-first thinking
- Have basic copywriting skills, especially for user flows, microcopy, and performance-driven content
- Be proficient in Lithuanian and English
Salary
Gross salary range is 3100 -5500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
