for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the digital presence of Moerie, a brand focused on high-quality hair care products made with natural ingredients. If you’re passionate about creating thoughtful, engaging web experiences that balance beauty and performance, we’d love to have you on our team.
Get ready to

We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of experience in web design, with a portfolio that showcases engaging, effective, and visually polished digital experiences
- Be proficient in Figma (required); experience with Webflow, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator is a plus
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and current design trends
- Communicate and articulate design decisions clearly and effectively
- Possess strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Design with a clear focus on both business objectives and user needs, guided by research and usability principles
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500-3900 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
