For an experienced UX researcher who will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects for digital health and wellness applications to assist our product teams in building and delivering leading-edge mobile solutions. - Identify appropriate research methodologies to address key business needs and ensure the research provides clear actionable recommendations.
- Design and run studies to address both user behavior and attitudes while using qualitative and quantitative data to assist in the creation of practical, desirable, and easy-to-use digital user interfaces…
- …this includes a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research activities including in-depth user and non-user interviews, moderated and unmoderated usability testing, focus groups, Jobs-to-be-Done, diary studies, short surveys, competitor analysis etc.
- Lead and manage recruitment and scheduling of participants for UX research activities.
- Actively take part in shaping and influencing our product strategy by becoming the voice of our users and disseminating insights effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Data Scientists and other cross-functional partners to define research objectives, create research proposals and plans, manage and conduct studies, and deliver insights and recommendations.
- Generate actionable insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs.
- Adapt and lead research practices to meet team needs under the tight timeframes of rapid growth.
- Build artifacts such as personas, journey maps, reports, etc. to communicate the needs of users and customers to key stakeholders in clear and memorable ways.
- Use your ideas and all the best skills while managing 2-3 research projects simultaneously.
- Evangelize and educate about UX Research throughout the organization as needed.

We expect you to
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in user research related to digital experiences or healthcare.
- Have a research portfolio or case studies outlining prior UX research experience.
- Have proven proficiency in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, focus groups, surveys, A/B testing, card sorting, etc, and an understanding of when and how to apply different methods during the product development process.
- Have proven skills in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data (using Excel, Google Sheets etc).
- Have proven work experience with creating and managing taxonomy, doing analysis, synthesis and creating reports using customer insight platforms, such as Dovetail, Sonar or similar.
- Have experience using a variety of commercial UX Research tools (e.g. UserzoomGo, Maze, PlaybookUX, UserInterviews, Pollfish etc.).
- Have a strong background in independently conducting end-to-end research with a demonstrated ability to define key research questions and objectives, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings.
- Have the willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Have experience in researching needs in a B2C context.
- Have strong listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Have the willingness to work across time zones – users of our products are primarily located in the USA, so you should be comfortable running interviews and moderated usability testing studies across their time zones.
We would like you to have:
- B.A/B.S or M.A/M.S Degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, human factors, sociology, anthropology, neuroscience, behavioral science, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Experience applying atomic research principles.
- Experience working in mental health, healthcare or fitness/wellness industries.
- Experience with educating others on different UX research methods.
- Strong interest in working with the healthcare industry.
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500-3500 EUR/month.
