for a UGC Video Editor who knows how to stop the scroll. You’re a creative operator who gets the power of short-form video, knows what makes a D2C ad convert, and thrives in the fast-paced world of eCommerce. Join our Strategic Investment team to help define the creative direction for a growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands.

- Edit high-performing UGC-style video ads for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Work across multiple D2C eCommerce brands, creating content from concept to cut

Craft videos that look native, feel authentic, and drive sales

Collaborate closely with marketers, creators, and brand teams to iterate quickly

Analyze performance and continuously optimize your edits to improve results

Own your editing workflow and manage fast turnarounds with confidence
We expect you to
- Hook attention in the first 3 seconds—every time

Have hands-on experience editing UGC ads for D2C brands and paid social campaigns

Know how to turn raw UGC footage into polished, high-converting creatives

Be fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and short-form trends—and use them to your advantage

Work independently or with loose briefs—you’re resourceful and self-motivated

Be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (and ideally After Effects, Photoshop)

Understand pacing, captions, storytelling, and CTA placement for digital ads

Bonus: Experience shooting or sourcing UGC content yourself
Salary
Gross salary range is 2300 – 3000 EUR/month.
