We are looking
for a Talent Acquisition Lead to take our recruitment efforts to the next level. If you can confidently navigate ambiguity, align hiring with business priorities, and lead a small team of recruiters — all while moving fast — we want to meet you.
This isn’t your typical TA role. You’ll work directly with C-level stakeholders, drive complex recruitment strategies, and play a key role in onboarding, offboarding, employer branding, and recruitment process automation.

Identify and implement recruitment process improvements and automation opportunities
We expect you to
- Have 4+ years of recruiting experience across tech and non-tech roles (preferably in digital marketing area)

Be confident, patient in working directly with senior and executive stakeholders
- Have proven experience in in-house recruitment

Excel in sourcing, assessing talent, and managing exceptional candidate experiences

Be experienced in hiring for roles like Co-founders, Marketing, Tech, Product, BizDev

Be skilled with ATS tools and up to date on recruitment best practices

Be a strong communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Salary
Gross salary range is 3800 – 5300 EUR/month.
Location
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Work model: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
