We are looking
for a Social Media Support Specialist who will represent our brand across a wide range of platforms—including Meta, Trustpilot, the App Store, and Google Play. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports our online community, fosters customer trust, and ensures a smooth customer experience from the first interaction onward.
Get ready to
- Reply to reviews on the App Store and Google Play, including flagging inappropriate ones
- Represent the brand on social media pages like Facebook, Instagram, X, and more, primarily via Meta Business Suite
- Engage with users through ads comments, posts, direct messages (via Zendesk), and community spaces like Facebook groups and third-party pages
- Solve queries from community members and provide thoughtful, timely support
- Respond to comments and customer questions both publicly and privately
- Interact with users to understand their needs and challenges
- Assist new customers during onboarding, helping them get started with confidence
- Build sustainable relationships by delivering a great experience
- Monitor customer feedback across platforms and report key insights to the team
- Manage Trustpilot reviews by replying to feedback, requesting further information when necessary, and escalating serious complaints
We expect you to
- Have experience in the Social Media or Customer Support field
- Be able to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Be 100% customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be fluent in English — this is crucial
- Be curious, creative, and eager to contribute to a growing team
Salary
Gross salary range is 1,200 – 1,350 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
