Get ready to
- Represent the brand and work with social media pages like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others
- Solve queries of community members and provide support

We expect you to
- Have experience in Social Media or Customer Support field
- Be able to work independently and manage your workload
- Be 100% customer-oriented
- Have excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Have perfect English skills (this is crucial)
- Be curious and creative
Salary
Gross salary range is 1 200 – 1 400 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role. We also offer 60 remote days yearly as you can work from anywhere!
