We are looking
for a Social Media & Community Manager with a strong social media background to manage and shape our brand’s reputation, mainly on Reddit and other online communities. This role will require a strategic thinker who can create positive engagement, address negative feedback proactively, and protect the reputation of our company and products.

- Monitor brand mentions, ratings, and feedback across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Reviews, etc.
- Respond constructively and professionally to reviews, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and celebrating positive experiences
- Represent the brand’s voice consistently in discussions, reflecting our values and authentically connecting with our audience
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align reputation management with broader company goals
- Analyze web traffic, community growth, and engagement metrics to assess the impact of your efforts and refine strategies
- Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and reputation management to ensure our approach remains effective and relevant
We expect you to
- Have proven experience managing social media communities, specifically on Reddit, with an understanding of Reddit culture, language, and user behavior
- Have the ability to think creatively to engage with users, address negative feedback, and develop strategies to protect the brand’s reputation
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft appropriate responses and manage online conversations in a way that reflects the brand’s values
- Understand online reputation management best practices, including identifying and mitigating reputational threats in online communities
- Have the ability to assess situations, take proactive steps to prevent negative discussions, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues
Salary
Gross salary range is 2000 – 3000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
