We expect you to
- Have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in corporate/startup environments, focusing on tech and non-tech roles
- Experience recruiting for Co-founders, Marketing, Tech, Business Development, and Product roles
- Be skilled in sourcing, assessment, and managing candidate experience
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Have excellent market knowledge and best practices
- Possess strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- Think strategically and execute tactically
- Be innovative and focused on process improvement
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-4000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
