for a IT Project (Delivery) Manager to drive organization-wide change and lead 2-3 strategic projects at a time. We expect you to
- Have proven experience managing tech or digital transformation projects

- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English
- Have a hands-on, proactive approach—ready to roll up your sleeves
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Have experience with agile methodologies (a plus but not a must)
Salary
Gross salary range is 4000 – 6000 EUR/month.
Location
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
