Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Marketing / Vilnius / Full or Hybrid Remote

Get ready to

  • Plan, and experiment with marketing performance strategy with KPIs to achieve target results via different digital channels
  • Manage and optimize budgets to achieve the defined ROAS
  • Work with other media buyers and also performance creatives and ad designers
  • Do the channel research, analyze users and competitor benchmarks, and creatives, and come up with new strategies for testing and scaling
  • Play an essential role while setting benchmarks, testing different approaches on digital channels, making success cases, and providing insights to product teams

We believe that you

  • Have proven experience in performance marketing/ media buying etc.
  • Have worked with conversion or data-based campaigns, e-commerce projects
  • Understand the marketing metrics and be able to analyze data
  • Have enthusiasm for paid social and drive for continued growth
  • Have an understanding of media buying and campaign planning, defining goals while working with different digital platforms
  • Are willing to try, test, fail, and start again with new energy

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000-5000 EUR/month.
