We are looking
for an Online Reputation Manager (aka webutation manager) who believes deeply about our brands and cares deeply about our customers. In this role, you will build brand reputation by representing the product’s voice in discussions about our product in different channels. You will work with both digital and physical products within worldwide audiences.
Get ready to
- Monitor social media platforms, review websites, forums, and other online channels regularly to track mentions of our products
- Monitor online reviews and ratings and respond in a constructive and professional manner (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google reviews etc)
- Create engaging and relevant content to attract and retain followers
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists, looking for success stories
- Build brand reputation by representing product’s voice in discussions about our product in different channels
- Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices
We expect you to
- Have an understanding of social media platforms, online review sites, and other digital channels
- Have proven experience in online reputation or community management, digital marketing, or related roles
- Be able to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Be able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative reputation management strategies
- Common sense & perfect English (this is crucial)
- Have no fear of failing
- Be curious and creative
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500 – 3200 EUR/month
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
