We are looking
for an exceptional and experienced Senior Meta Media Buyer to join our team and take full ownership of Meta performance. This is not just a campaign management role – it’s about building strategies, driving growth, and collaborating across teams to deliver world-class results for our products.

Get ready to
- Own Meta performance: from strategy to execution and scaling
- Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets with a focus on sustainable growth and ROI
- Leverage third-party analytics tools (Northbeam, Hyros, or similar) to gain deep insights and guide decisions
- Work closely with Creative, CRO, Email Marketing teams to develop full-funnel strategies
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools (Birch or others) for improved efficiency and performance
- Apply and refine projected LTV models to guide campaign and scaling strategies.
- Proactively research markets, audiences, and competitors to uncover new opportunities
- Take ownership, share insights, and bring fresh ideas to push the business forward
We expect you to
- Have 4+ years of proven Meta media buying experience, managing high budgets at scale
- Demonstrate strong expertise in data-driven decision making and growth-focused strategies
- Be fluent in English (Lithuanian or other European languages are a plus)
- Be skilled with Northbeam, Hyros, or similar analytics platforms (must-have)
- Have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Birch or equivalent – must-have)
- Understand LTV-based performance models (preferred)
- Possess strong collaboration, communication, and project ownership skills
- Have a background in digital subscription products (preferred)
Salary
Gross salary range is 3900 – 5000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
