Why are we here?

Kilo Health was founded in 2013 with the goal of simplifying access to high-quality health and wellness programs. We seek to help people struggling with chronic diseases, mental health issues, and other health problems. In 2021 and 2022, we became the second-fastest growing company in Europe and continue to grow steadily without any external investments. A growth mindset is at our core – and we make sure everyone who works at Kilo Health is constantly growing to help people live healthier lives.

Our structure

Kilo Health has a unique structure. We are a startup studio – a company that successfully launches, scales, and invests in digital health and wellness startups. Naturally, we have all the necessary infrastructure to create new startups, including a growth department with technology, development, and marketing experts who have already launched 30+ products. At the same time, we invest in entrepreneurs who are ambitious enough to change the world of digital health and wellness.

Growth track

The growth lab is the fastest-growing department in the second fastest-growing European company. Here you can research new ideas, build MVPs, and test them out in the market. This is great for anyone who likes to build stuff from the ground up and do it fast.

Startup track

If you already have a clear topic of interest, you can join one of our 30+ established or emerging brands. Choose this option if you want to work consistently to build the next household name and help solve chronic disease, mental health, or other issues.

Leadership track

We offer investments and full operational support for all the entrepreneurial movers and shakers who want to build their own companies in the health industry. Come with a solid product idea, interest in leading a team, or a startup of your own – and we’ll help you scale.

Agency track

The Kilo Health core consists of multiple agency-like departments that help fix, scale, and support our products. Join it if you want to creatively navigate complex challenges and find smart solutions that would benefit the entire Kilo Health ecosystem.
