Get ready to
- Respond to routine cases and manage high-risk ones

Support your colleagues with day-to-day coaching and peer learning

Monitor and report customers’ feedback to identify areas for improvement

Actively take part in team meetings and share best practices

Take over team management in absence of the Team Lead

Be open to feedback while working in a high-performing team

Work closely with your Team Lead to implement new procedures and processes

We expect you to
- Have fluent English, Lithuanian both written and spoken

Have previous experience in Customer Service (email support and/or live chat)

Have excellent communication, empathy skills and know how to deal with stressful situations

Have perfect time management skills & ability to handle multiple projects at once

Have interest in the health & wellness industry (it’s a plus!)

Ability to take ownership and use your problem-solving skills

Be creative! Sometimes you may have to deviate from standard procedures
Salary
Gross salary range is 1700 – 1900 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
