We are looking
for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our e-commerce product group at Kilo Health. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and a knack for identifying product issues, we want you on our team!
Get ready to
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Test current products and identify deficiencies
- Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction
- Identify key KPIs for product quality
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement
- Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Collect quality data & perform regression testing
- Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Be experienced with a variety of testing techniques, such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, and Test-Driven Development strategies
- Have hands-on experience with automation tests using JavaScript and Playwright
- Have knowledge of web security technology, software QA tools, and testing processes
- Be proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Have experience with both white-box and black-box testing
- Be familiar with automated testing tools
- Have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Have experience with performance and/or security testing (a plus)
- Have experience in leadership roles (a plus).
Salary
Gross salary range is 2565 – 3060 EUR/month.
Location
This position is onsite at the Kilo Health HQ in Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible remote day.
