for a Mid-Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the Paid Social strategy for our digital products team. In this role, you will manage high-budget campaigns, identify new growth opportunities, and drive continuous performance improvements. Get ready to
- Be the main driver of our Meta ads campaigns as well as strategy
- Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets
- Create and manage automation tools for campaigns management and creatives uploading.
- Proactively look for new opportunities and angles to maximise performance across Meta
- Work closely with a product lead, head of creatives, performance designers, and engineering manager.
- Do market, customer, and competitor research to come up with new strategies for testing or scaling
We expect you to
- Have at least a couple of years of experience working with Meta media buying
- Preferably have experience with digital products
- Have experience with third-party tools needed to analyze the data (for ex., GA4, Hyros, Northbeam etc.)
- Have attention to detail and perfect time management skills
- Have the ability to write short and sell copies would be an advantage
- Have the ability to prioritize your workflow
- Have enthusiasm for paid social and drive for continued growth
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000 – 4500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
