for talented Motion Graphic Designer to elevate the visual storytelling of Moerie, a brand focused on high-quality hair care products made with natural ingredients. If you’re passionate about crafting dynamic animations and motion graphics that engage and inspire, we’d love to have you on our team.
Get ready to
- Design and animate motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ads, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with Moerie’s brand identity
- Incorporate static design elements where needed, contributing to the overall visual aesthetic of our content
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop a motion design strategy that enhances user engagement and supports business goals
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to visual content, pushing the boundaries of motion and static design
- Manage multiple projects, oversee timelines, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Analyze performance data to refine and improve motion design content continuously
We expect you to
- Have experience in motion design with a strong portfolio of engaging animations and static design work
- Be proficient in After Effects
- Understand e-commerce and digital marketing principles
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with industry trends and apply innovative techniques to your work
- Have full proficiency in Lithuanian and English
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500 – 3000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
