Get ready to
- Develop and execute Meta media buying strategies for global B2C products
- Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to achieve the highest goals
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and interests for effective ad targeting
- Test and manage other paid social channels
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics
- Keep up to date with the newest marketing trends, as well as implement new ideas, formats, and angles
- Play an important role in project success and take responsibility for your decisions
We expect you to
- Bring at least two years of experience in Meta media buying
- Have a proven track record in managing large monthly advertising budgets
- Excel in strategizing, planning, and achieving defined goals
- Be skilled in using third-party tools for data analysis (e.g., GA4, Hyros, etc.)
- Demonstrate attention to detail and excellent time management
- Have a creative mindset coming up with briefs and suggestions for creative team for new ad ideas and concepts
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage your workflow
- Embrace testing, scaling, and learning from failures
- Take initiative, think critically, and always keep the energy positive
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000 – 4000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
