Junior Data Engineer

We are looking

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join our team and grow their skills while working on real data challenges. This role is ideal for someone with around one year of experience in data engineering or a related field, who is motivated to learn and take the next step in their career.

Get ready to

  • Support the team in ensuring stable and timely data transfer
  • Help build and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources
  • Monitor and improve data quality, troubleshoot missing or inconsistent data
  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Learn and apply industry best practices in data engineering

We expect you to

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related data field
  • Be comfortable with SQL and at least one programming language (preferably Python)
  • Understand common data formats such as CSV, JSON, YAML
  • Have some experience with a cloud platform (GCP preferred, but AWS or Azure also relevant)
  • Be curious and motivated to learn data orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster) and data modeling (DBT)

Salary

Gross salary range is 2000-3000 EUR/month

Location

This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Work model – 4 days on site, 1 day flexible remote
