Junior Automation Developer

Tech / Vilnius / Hybrid Remote

We are looking

For a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Automation Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining tools and integrations, using JavaScript, n8n workflows, and Zendesk apps. You will collaborate closely with the Support team to address technical challenges and enhance customer support, as well as assist the Automation team with ongoing tasks.

Get ready to

  • Work on Zendesk apps to streamline support processes and create and maintain n8n automation workflows
  • Partner with the Support team to understand their technical needs and implement solutions
  • Assist in setting up and managing APIs for system integrations
  • Solve technical issues related to support systems with the Support team
  • Collaborate with the Automation team to optimize workflows and support ongoing maintenance tasks
  • Conduct testing for new features and integrations, ensuring reliability and performance while maintaining clear, concise technical documentation for workflows, APIs, and Zendesk apps

We expect you to

  • Have intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with n8n or similar automation tools
  • Bring experience in API setup and integration and an understanding of the Zendesk platform and app development (a plus)
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Show a problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary

Gross salary range is 2000 – 2760 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
