Get ready to
- Transform startup energy into structured speed — enabling the team to move fast without losing focus
- Take end-to-end ownership of product development — two products that are already launched and others that are yet to be discovered
- Partner closely with the CEO to establish clarity, structure, and scalable workflows across the team
- Implement and refine core product processes: roadmaps, sprint discipline, release management, and retrospectives
- Create and manage structured processes for new product launches, pipeline management, and roadmap planning
- Ensure experiments are run quickly, measured rigorously, and translated into actionable insights
- Take full responsibility for product KPIs (activation, retention, growth) and keep the team aligned toward measurable outcomes
We expect you to
- Have solid experience in Product Management, ideally in startups or small cross-functional teams
- Be comfortable owning product development in a hands-on way — from setting vision and priorities to writing PRDs, running user interviews, and leading sprint planning
- Possess strong operational skills: designing and optimizing processes, bringing order to ambiguity, and ensuring the team can execute effectively
- Have proven experience working with digital products in fast-moving environments
- Be data-driven: validate ideas quickly, pivot when needed, and double down when experiments work
- Have hands-on experience with Looker, GA4, and Hotjar (or similar analytics and research tools)
- Be both a leader and a builder — someone who inspires others but also rolls up their sleeves when necessary
- Thrive in fast-paced, resource-limited environments where adaptability is key
- See failures as learning opportunities and remain resilient in the face of uncertainty
