Get ready to
- Conduct market and customer research to devise improvements for current marketing funnels and to discover new opportunities (e.g., new user segments, channels, products, business models, etc.)
- Take full ownership of creating well-converting sales funnels that support overarching business goals
- Develop customer acquisition strategies that enhance conversion rates and generate new business opportunities
- Continuously track and monitor the conversion rate, and promptly identify potential issues
- Analyze user data, behavior, and customer feedback to identify and prioritize areas for optimization to enhance conversion
- Design and implement website A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design) to develop and implement effective growth strategies
- Utilize various analytics tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, etc.) to continuously analyze user behavior data, identifying areas for improvement in marketing funnel performance
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in Marketing and CRO
We expect you to
- Have experience in developing hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, deriving insights, and iterating until key metrics improve
- Understand user behavior and the factors influencing purchase decisions
- Possess strong data skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Be accountable for overseeing project processes independently from start to finish
- Have experience in the Wellness industry with digital B2C products (considered a plus)
- Demonstrate a growth-driven mindset, prioritizing tasks with higher business impact potential
- Manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize them according to dynamic deadlines
- Exhibit strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication.
Salary
Gross salary range is 2300 – 5000 EUR/month.
