We are looking
for a seasoned finance leader who blends technical mastery with execution speed. Fluent in both accounting detail and business impact — able to close fast, build trust in the numbers, and turn insights into decisive action. A builder at heart, they lead through clarity, leverage AI to raise performance, and position finance as a strategic partner to the business.
Get ready to
- Own the numbers and the narrative: Lead group consolidation, month-end close, and financial reporting across 40+ entities. Bridge management and financial accounting to deliver clarity, alignment, and transparency
- Accelerate the close: Shorten month-end timelines from weeks to days through automation, system design, and process simplification
- Champion continuous improvement: Identify process gaps, automate recurring tasks, and embed first-time-right accuracy across workflows
- Upgrade the stack: Integrate ERP (NetSuite), BI (Looker), and data sources to deliver real-time visibility and reliability in reporting
- Own cash flow management: Build rolling forecasts, optimize intercompany flows, and ensure liquidity discipline across entities
- Collaborate with FP&A and senior leadership on expense tracking and budgeting — aligning financial and operational KPIs to ensure every euro spent drives measurable ROI
- Report directly to the Group CFO
- Raise the bar on compliance: Ensure audit readiness, accurate intercompany reconciliations, and compliant transfer-pricing practices across jurisdictions
- Build for scale: Lead and develop a high-performing accounting and controlling team across entities — instilling discipline, speed, and accountability
We expect you to
- 7+ years in audit, accounting, or controllership — ideally a mix of Big 4 and tech scaleup experience
- Deep knowledge of IFRS (local Lithuanian GAAP, is a plus), consolidation, budgeting, and multi-entity group reporting
- Proven record leading financial operations transformation — from ERP migration to automation and process redesign
- Expertise in cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to strengthen financial control and data integrity across entities
- Proven problem-solving ability, leadership skills, and success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
