We are looking
for a Google Team Lead to launch and continuously grow the Google channel for new and emerging brands at Kilo Health. You will lead a team of two specialists as well as have a holistic view on the channel trends, platform innovation and best practice adoption across the Kilo group. Your mission: unlock Google PPC channel for the early stage ventures and collaborate with platform partner support for maximum business impact. This role requires a deep understanding of launching and scaling the Google channel, analytical, team and stakeholder management skills

- Lead and mentor the Google team to achieve ambitious goals across multiple new and emerging brands by ensuring operational, managerial and performance-oriented activities
- Partner with brand CEOs, Marketing Managers, Creative Leads and Tech Developers to set up the best performing and scalable structure to convert via Google channel
- Contribute hands-on to the brand Google PPC support as well as technical and strategic business problem solving when needed
- Represent Kilo Health in collaboration with the platform partner extracting innovation, best practice and other strategic & tactical learnings and ensuring their adoption in the group based on potential business impact
We expect you to
- Have 6+ years of hands on media buying experience in digital marketing, focusing on user acquisition and media buying within a digital environment (additional e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Have 2+ years of people management experience
- Possess up to date deep Google media buying expertise (additional channels are a plus)
- Have experience working in the health and wellness industry with B2C products (considered a plus)
- Have experience working in matrixed or portfolio-style organizations (considered a plus)
- Be able to oversee complex initiatives and drive them to a successful conclusion
- Manage stakeholder relationships across functions and seniority levels effectively
- Demonstrate confidence, comfort and emotional intelligence in driving change and navigating ambiguity
- Be data-literate: able to understand attribution models, campaign analytics, and incrementality testing
Salary
Gross salary range is 5500-7000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
