For a detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our team. You’ll enhance financial operations, ensure data accuracy, and improve processes. If you have experience in IFRS, financial reporting, and problem-solving, this is the role for you !
Get ready to
- Integrate accounting and finance teams to improve financial reporting
- Resolve discrepancies between financial and managerial accounting
- Enhance accounting processes to close monthly reports within 7–10 days and quarterly reports within 15 days
- Implement a new chart of accounts and ensure data reliability across entities
- Oversee COGS accounting, NetSuite transitions, and FIFO model implementation
- Minimize inventory cost adjustments and bring financial reporting in-house
- Lead audits, support budgeting, manage U.S. tax compliance, and handle intercompany pricing
- Collaborate with data analysts to ensure NetSuite data quality
We expect you to
- Have accounting or financial control experience, ideally from a Big 4 firm
- Possess hands-on experience with IFRS and have deep knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Be proficient in using financial systems, particularly NetSuite, and have experience implementing financial modules
- Have experience in inventory accounting and cost allocation models (e.g., FIFO)
- Be knowledgeable in financial audits, budgeting, and consolidation processes
- Have experience working with U.S. tax and accounting compliance
- Be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of improving financial control across entities
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and ability to work cross-functionally
Salary
Gross salary range is 5000 – 6000 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
