We are looking
For a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our tight-knit team of four. You’ll play a vital role in managing development and production environments for high-traffic projects serving millions globally. Additionally, you’ll support and enhance our internal platform, empowering nearly 100 developers across various business units.
Our platform consists of these core components:
- GitLab – Self-managed instance, uniform CI/CD pipelines for all repositories, common/shared containers for CI, cloudnative buildpacks (pack cli) for our application builds, templates and sample configurations for different type of applications
- AWS – Multi-account and multi-org infrastructure; EKS for containerized workloads; other services we use: RDS, Elasticache, SQS, S3, OpenSearch
- DataDog – for in depth application and infrastructure logging/monitoring, alerting and incident response

- Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple technologies and stages of the SDLC, from development and testing to production, to ensure rapid resolution and minimal downtime
- Look for innovative ways to solve issues your team members might have
We expect you to
- Be willing to learn
- Communicate with your team when challenges arise
- Have some familiarity with the mentioned tech stack
- Be capable working with Linux
- Have experience with following tools/services is a plus: Kubernetes, OpenTofu (Terraform), Containers, Git, AWS (networking, EKS)
Salary
Gross salary range is 3900-4780 EUR/month.
Location
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
