Get ready to
- Lead the complete lifecycle of machine learning models, from concept and development to deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring each solution delivers measurable and meaningful impact
- Continuously assess model performance, refining and fine-tuning as needed to maximize both business value and impact
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives and articulate the transformative potential of data science in clear and compelling ways
- Share regular, concise updates on project progress, insights, and the anticipated effects on our key metrics
- Take end-to-end ownership of your projects, driving them from inception to execution with the freedom to bring innovative data science solutions to life
We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of experience in data science, software development, and/or machine learning (preferably including customer lifetime prediction)
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or demonstrate equivalent experience in machine learning, data mining, and feature engineering
- Be proficient in SQL and Python, and comfortable working with structured and unstructured data alike
- Demonstrate a proven track record of applying predictive modeling and advanced analytics to solve real-world problems
- Translate complex technical insights into business value and effectively engage diverse audiences with your findings
- Exhibit an adaptable, collaborative mindset and embrace challenges with enthusiasm
- Have familiarity with open-source MLOps platforms like Metaflow, BentoML, KubeFlow, or similar tools
- Possess knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Docker, and/or Google Cloud Platform—a strong advantage!
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500 – 5500 EUR/month.
Location
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
